On The Beach at Wakestock Music Festival 2010

Our DP Robert Foster had a fun packed weekend on the beach earlier this year as he filmed at the Wakestock Music Festival. This is Europe’s largest Wakeboard music festival and is based right on the beaches of Cardigan Bay with breathtaking views of the Snowdonia mountains as the backdrop and trendy surf village Abersoch a stones throw away with its golden beaches, cool café’s and fashionable bars.

The Relentless Wakestock joined the World Wakeboarders series this year and had the best wakeboarders on the planet confirmed, they included current Wakestock champion Nick Davies and legend Randall Harris.

There was a great line up at the three day festival on the open air stage which included live performances from Feeder, Plan B, The Ting Tings, Robyn, Maximo Park, The Future Heads and N-Dubz to name a few.

The event was captured live by Robert, Gregg and Alan, as well as several other camera operators on the multi-camera OB and broadcast live on S4C all over Wales.

Robert was lucky enough to be back stage for most of the time to film live interviews with the headline performers at this year’s festival.
